The second conductive paths include second conductive pads located on a first level of the apparatus over the substrate. The second deck includes second memory cells, second control gates associated with the second memory cells, and second conductive paths coupled to the second control gates. The system also includes a first generator controller configured to: receive a first current signal from the first current sensing device and a second current signal from the second current sensing device; analyze the first current signal and the second current signal to determine a first voltage foldback value based on a first common mode current calculated from the first current signal and the second current signal; and operate the first DC power supply to reduce a first voltage output of the first DC power supply by the first voltage foldback value.

    Abstract: A method for installing a sensor assembly in a fire hydrant includes sequentially feeding components of the sensor assembly through an aperture in an upper standpipe of the fire hydrant. The components of the sensor assembly include a sensor unit, a conduit coupled with the sensor unit and extending away therefrom, and a series of rigid tubes surrounding the conduit and arranged in an end-to-end manner. The conduit is fed through the aperture along with the series of rigid tubes, and at least one of the series of rigid tubes has a length greater than a diameter of an interior of the fire hydrant.

A polysilicon material may be formed above the pillar, where the polysilicon material may be associated with a selector device for the memory cells. A masking material may be formed above the polysilicon material and the stack of alternating materials, where the masking material may be aligned with the polysilicon material and may have a width that is greater than a width of the polysilicon material and the pillar. The masking material may prevent the polysilicon material, the pillar, and a portion of the stack of alternating materials beneath the masking material from being removed during an etching operation.

The third oxide material may form the bottom wall of the trench. The system may remove, in a lateral direction, the first oxide material, a portion of the second oxide material, the third oxide material, and a fourth oxide material of the channel structure.
