  • Patent number: 10832376
Abstract: Methods, systems, and non-transitory computer readable storage media are disclosed for applying piecewise deformations to digital content using a plurality of parametric patches. For example, the disclosed system generates a plurality of parametric patches (e.g., Bezier patches) within a parametric quilt for digital content (e.g., a digital image or digital text). The disclosed system also provides interface controls for user-defined split/patch locations for the parametric quilt. In one or more embodiments, the disclosed system divides digital content into a plurality of portions. The disclosed system modifies one or more parametric patches and deforms a corresponding portion(s) of the digital content based on the modified parametric patch(es). The disclosed system then recombines the portions of the digital content to generate modified digital content that includes any deformations based on the modified parametric patch(es).

  • Patent number: 10811817
Abstract: An electrical connector includes a housing having a mating end and a wire end with a base and terminal channels extending through the base into the mating end. The terminal channels receive terminals mated with a mating electrical connector. The base has a wire support supporting wires extending from the terminals. The wire support includes support walls forming wire channels. A wire dress cover is coupled to the wire support and includes an end wall and wire pushers extending from the end wall. The wire pushers load the wires into the wire channels. The wire pushers are received in the wire channels to hold the wires in the wire channels. The wires are supported at the rear by the wire pushers and at both sides by the support walls to provide strain relief for the wires in the wire support.

  • Publication number: 20200307400
Abstract: A power connector includes a housing having a terminal channel holding a terminal. The terminal includes a mating pin at a front of the terminal and a cable connector at a rear of the terminal. The mating pin is positioned in the terminal channel for mating with a charging connector. The power connector includes a power cable including a conductor terminated to the cable connector at the rear of the terminal. The power connector includes a cable heat exchanger thermally coupled to the conductor of the power cable. The cable heat exchanger includes a coolant channel for coolant flow through the cable heat exchanger for actively cooling the conductor of the power cable. A thermally conductive separator electrically isolates the cable heat exchanger from the conductor of the power cable.

  • Patent number: 10685459
Abstract: The present disclosure describes one or more embodiments of a selective raster image transformation system that quickly and efficiently generates enhanced digital images by selectively transforming edges in raster images to vector drawing segments. In particular, the selective raster image transformation system efficiently utilizes a content-aware, selective approach to identify, display, and transform selected edges of a raster image to a vector drawing segment based on sparse user interactions. In addition, the selective raster image transformation system employs a prioritized pixel line stepping algorithm to generate and provide pixel lines for selective edges of a raster image in real time, even on portable client devices.

  • Publication number: 20190344841
Abstract: Endless elastomeric tracks include guide lugs disposed on an inner circumference, rubber tread lugs disposed on an outer circumference, and a thin band continuously extending in the circumferential direction which is disposed adjacent the outer circumference. The thin band has an exterior peripheral surface and an inner peripheral surface, and at least one galvanized wire ply is disposed between the exterior peripheral surface and an inner peripheral surface. The endless track further includes at least one primary cable of galvanized steel circumferentially reinforcing the thin band. In some aspects, the at least one galvanized wire ply includes a plurality of galvanized wires having a diameter of from about 0.15 mm to about 1.5 mm, from about 0.175 mm to about 1.3 mm, from about 0.20 mm to about 1.25 mm, from about 0.22 mm to about 1.2 mm, or even from about 0.25 mm to about 1.1 mm.

  • Patent number: 10426606
Abstract: A color-coded bioprosthetic valve system having a valve with an annular sewing ring, and a valve holder system with a holder sutured to the ring of the valve, a post operatively connected to the holder, and an adapter sutured to the post and having a color associated with the valve model and/or size. For example, the adapter may be blue to indicate that the valve of the system is a mitral valve of a particular type and/or size. The system may also include a flex handle that is configured to engage with the adapter. The handle has a color associated with the adapter such that a user is able to visually determine that the handle color matches the valve model. For example, the handle may have a grip that is colored blue to match the blue color of the adapter. Accordingly, the color-coded system enables users to confirm easily that the correct accessories such as the sizer or flex handle are being used with the correct valve.

  • Patent number: 10391503
Abstract: A system and method for predicting a future wind direction and speed and, based thereon, determining a future wind-driven drift and providing the information to an operator or automatically acting to adapt application parameters to better control the wind-driven drift of a fluid during application of the fluid to land or crops by an agricultural machine. A processor receives machine and meteorological data, uses a model to predict the future wind direction and speed, and accesses a drift distance database to determine and visually depict the future wind-driven drift of the fluid. A sensitive area database stores information about sensitive areas bordering the target area, which may also be displayed, to facilitate controlling the wind-driven drift with regard to the sensitive areas. The mathematical model may be a kernel filter, an autoregressive model, an autoregressive integrated moving average model, or a hybrid model which incorporates features of different models.

  • Publication number: 20190109817
Abstract: A system and method for data loading in a vehicle is disclosed. The system comprises a cabin gateway onboard the vehicle, with the gateway including a data load software application module; an onboard switch and storage unit in operative communication with the gateway; and an onboard vehicle electronics unit in operative communication with the switch and storage unit. The gateway is configured to communicate with one or more wide area networks, and is configured to communicate with a portable device and a secure ground portal. The gateway is operative to initiate a remote transfer of data from one or more ground servers through the one or more wide area networks to the vehicle, and to store the data onboard the vehicle. The data load software application module in the gateway includes instructions, executable by a processor, for loading the stored data into the vehicle electronics unit.

  • Patent number: 10109093
Abstract: A system and method for extending bounds of straightened and enlarged images is described. A user interface of an image editing application exposes an image to a user for editing. The user positions the image in the user interface and the image editing application generates a frame in the user interface to identify boundaries of a final image in the user interface. The image editing application then automatically determines an empty area within the frame, applies a fill operation to the empty area within the frame, and updates the image in the user interface to reflect results of the fill operation.

  • Patent number: 10077079
Abstract: A flooring product has multiple planar single piece substrate components, each with opposing straight longitudinal and lateral edges. A first lateral edge of a second of the substrate components abuts a first lateral edge of a first of the substrate components to form a common seam. The first and second of the substrate components are adjacent relative to a sequential array of multiple substrate components running parallel to the pair of longitudinal edges. The product has a pair of laminate component affixed to each side of each of the substrate components continuously over the sequential array thereof. The laminate components strengthen the product in relation to bearing a load applied to the second surface thereof and each of the common seams. The flooring product may be cut to lengths for accommodating overall lengths of recreational vehicles, trailers or manufactured housing units and thus reduces manufacturing costs associated therewith.
