    Abstract: An ornamental bird feeder that includes an upright tubular enclosure having a gable roof that is cut away to provide an access opening for adding new bird seed into the enclosure. A flower container is removably mounted in the roof access opening to provide plant foliage in the space above and alongside the roof area. The enclosure is equipped with an annular tray structure near its lower end, such that birds can have access to bird feeder openings extending around the entire perimeter of the enclosure.
