  • Publication number: 20240208036
Abstract: A height adjustable table or workstation incorporates a conveyor section, preferably powered, that also tilts down to allow easier loading of boxes placed on a conveyor surface. The operator has switches, either operated by hand or foot or both, that control the table tilting (both down and up), and the conveyor surface. With this new ergonomic worktable, the operator builds a box on the conveyor surface, and then touches a button with their hand or foot to tilt the conveyor surface down. The operator then easily loads items into the box, and then touch a button to raise the conveyor surface back up to horizontal. The operator then could touch a button to start the conveyor surface that would quickly move the loaded box, off the conveyor surface and onto another surface such as a transfer conveyor.

  • Patent number: 11997777
Abstract: An electrostatic discharge (ESD) robust design for an input device such as a stylus is disclosed. The input device can include one or more components, such as one or more Schottky diodes, that can be damaged by ESD events. To reduce the likelihood of damage to sensitive components, the parasitic capacitance between sensitive conductive paths and reference ground paths of the input device that could otherwise provide electrostatic discharge paths can be reduced (arranging current limiting resistance at specific locations among sensitive components, creating physical separation between sensitive conductive paths and reference ground paths), shielding can be added to shield the sensitive electronics from ESD pulses, and high dielectric breakdown material can be added to prevent ESD pulse entry or exit of not otherwise protected circuit parts.

  • Publication number: 20240159350
Abstract: An adjustable height platform includes three corners with lifting mechanisms and one corner without. A scissor support mechanism is located under the platform and has two pivoting ends and two sliding ends with roller bearings on each, that attach to upper and lower frames of the platform using ā€œCā€ shaped bearing guides, that allow the scissor ends to roll inside each guide. In use, as the platform is raised on each corner that has a lifting actuator, the fixed scissor ends are forced to open, being pulled apart by the upper and lower frames, and thus the opposite ends of the scissor mechanism that are near the unsupported corner are forced to open and act on the upper and lower unsupported frame corner through the ā€œCā€ shaped bearing guides, therefor raising the unsupported corner accordingly and proportionately to the corners with the lifting actuator.
