Abstract: Human antibodies immunospecific for human CD27 are capable of blocking CD27 binding to its ligand CD70 and neutralizing bioactivity of CD27 including, but not limited to, CD27 intracellular signaling, T-cell proliferation and activation, B-cell proliferation and differentiation, plasmablast formation and alleviation of antibody responses, stimulation of tumor cells by CD70, and the production of soluble mediators from T and B-cells. The antibodies are useful in diagnosing or treating CD27 activity associated diseases and conditions.

Abstract: Mobile management method, system and client. Method includes receiving a DNS query for a host name from an application on client; retrieving reputation data associated with host name from a local cache on client; and determining a policy based on host name and the reputation data. Based on determined policy for the host name, blocking attempted network flows to a host corresponding to host name to produce blocked attempted network flows. Method also includes sending attempted network flow metadata related to the blocked attempted network flows to a collector on client; transmitting the attempted network flow metadata from the collector to a VPN server pool via a VPN tunnel; and producing an anomaly report from the transmitted attempted network flow metadata. The anomaly report includes at least one of anomalies, cohorts, trends, location boundaries, detected network security issues, detected compromised clients and/or optimized network usage.

The inner space is sealed except for the opening through the sheath. The sensor is stationed outside the opening of the fluid concentrating device and is configured to detect fluid flow from the inner space through the opening at a level corresponding to a duct leak in a pre-burst condition.

Abstract: A system and method for collecting and transmitting target data. In some embodiments, the method includes identifying a target of interest and tagging them with a tracking tag. Information about the target of interest may be collected from the tracking tag and stored in a collection module. The method further includes transmitting the collected information from the collection module to a central processing module and processing the collected information in combination with a set of reference data. The processed information may be monitored to identify one or more actionable events, and each actionable event and associated information may be relayed to an appropriate responder.

Abstract: The identification, registration, and recordation of individuals are facilitated by allowing the authorities (federal, state, or local law enforcement) and first responders (fire, rescue, hazmat personnel) to collect data at the point of response utilizing a portable computer and suitable software. The portable computer may be equipped with peripherals such as a camera, a biometric collection unit (e.g., fingerprint scanner), a smart card reader, and a GPS receiver to facility gathering and entry of data in the computer. The identity of individuals being questioned by the authorities can be confirmed at the point of questioning with an electronic repository to which the portable computer may be connected.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for conducting a transaction over a network is disclosed. The method may include the steps of: using a consumer client to interact with a merchant system; sending a first request from the merchant system to a transaction manager; sending a first response from the transaction manager to the merchant system; relocating the consumer client to the transaction manager; using the consumer client to interact with the transaction manager; relocating the consumer client back to the merchant system; sending a second request from the merchant system to the transaction manager; and sending a second response from the transaction manager to the merchant system. The apparatus may include a transaction manager for use in conducting a transaction over a network.
