    Abstract: A composition for dental restorative material comprises a methacrylate or acrylate monomer, a specific organic/inorganic composite filler, a specific glass powder component having a specific particle diameter, a fine-particle filler having a specific particle diameter and a photopolymerization initiator, this composition being as excellent in surface smoothness as natural teeth, is less shrinkable by polymerization so that no gap can occur between the restorative material and the tooth having roentgenographic properties.
