Abstract: A computerized anonymous permission-based communications system is provided, including a computing device configured to display in a primary GUI network-addressable content served by a server and to receive, via an alignment GUI, a user input indicating a catalog intention for the content. The catalog intention is transmitted to a micro-catalog server to create a user micro-catalog entry. The user micro-catalog entry is indexed by an index value of the content, and includes a programmatically selected subset of content associated with the content. The computing device is further configured to receive, via the alignment GUI, user inputted permissions associated with the user micro-catalog entry. The permissions define permissible third-party communications associated with the user micro-catalog entry. The computing device is further configured to display, in the alignment GUI, the user micro-catalog entry, and present, via the alignment GUI, a third-party communication authorized by the permissions.

Each pre-screened candidate portfolio will receive a GPA based on predetermined set of fulfillment criteria. The system is configured to facilitate the execution of an automated pre-screening interview, and upon completion send the corresponding candidate portfolio to a candidate queue. The independent pre-screening system may further include a pre-screening candidate manager executed on the one or more servers configured to send a portion of the pre-screened candidate portfolio and a pre-screening rubric from the candidate queue to an online dashboard or remotely executed program, receive a portfolio evaluation from the pre-screening program, and rank the portfolio evaluation by GPA in a candidate status chart for the job posting.

The graphical order generator may include an order input tool including a category section for displaying a plurality of inter-dependent dynamically filtered category indicators arranged in a sequential and user-modifiable hierarchy, and an option section for displaying a plurality of selectable option indicators associated with a category indicator. The category indicator may include a graphical representation of an active state or incomplete state before selection of an option indicator, and a graphical representation of a complete state after selection of the option indicator.

An end user's personalized electronic catalog(s) can be shared with peers using mutual agreement permissions as managed by the catalog server system.
