Each of the covers may be opened permitting access to the paint well or closed against the upstanding walls of the paint well and the sealing member. The storage unit may further include drawer slides and a palette slidable on the drawer slides relative to the storage unit to reveal or conceal the palette. When bristles of a paint brush are placed in the paint well, its handle rests upon the resilient sealing member which compresses around the handle when the cover is closed to provide a substantially air-tight seal.

Abstract: A hose caddy employs a hose stand connected to a liquid receptacle. The hose stand is designed to hold a hose, a sponge and/or other cleaning items used in cleaning an object such as a car, off of the ground. This prevents the cleaning items from picking up debris. Since the hose stand holds the hose at a convenient height, the person cleaning the object is not required to constantly bend down to pick up the hose. The hose stand includes a shaft having an attachment structure at its lower end which is designed to clip to the wall of a bucket, preferably a standard 5-gallon paint bucket. A handle is connected to the upper end of the shaft with a cap creating at least at least one recess sized and shaped to hold one the hose, and at least one cleaning item.

The third inside edge is normal to the first and second inside edges, the first inside edge and said second inside edge being parallel to one another near the third inside edge. The cover may have a thickness of no greater than ¼?. The head may be planar. In use, the cover may be positioned around the square portion of a bannister spindle such that three sides of the spindle are in nominal contact with the notch to facilitate painting of the spindle while keeping adjacent stair treads paint free. The cover may be withdrawn and repositioned at least 90 degrees on the spindle as needed for painting multiple sides of the spindle.

When the grasping portion is fitted around the member, the member supports the drying clip and articles hung from the first and second arms thereof. The first end and the second end may include terminus members angled outwardly to facilitate widening of the opening upon exertion of pressure thereon. The drying clip may include a flange extending along the grasping portion for stiffening the grasping portion.
