  • Patent number: 11612969
Abstract: A pipe welding stabilizer comprising a vise grip assembly, an adjustment assembly, and a pipe assembly. The vise grip assembly includes two vise grips mounted to either side of an adjustment assembly. The two vise grips include jaws with ridges that can be attached to a pipe surface. The vise grips help hold the pipe in place while it is being soldered to ensure it does not slip or fall before it is welded. The adjustment assembly includes pins that can be pushed in to adjust the width and reach of the grip of the two vise grips.

  • Patent number: 10158684
Abstract: An access server communicates with a video conference device and a user device. The access server and the user device may access known mappings, including a default mapping. Each mapping is configured to map between tokens and symbols according to a distinct mapping relationship between the multi-bit tokens and the symbols. The access server instructs the video conference device to map an initial token to an initial symbol based on the default mapping and to transmit the initial symbol. The access server receives from the user device the initial token and a challenge mapping selected by the user device. The access server determines a challenge token that the challenge mapping maps to a challenge symbol, and instructs the video conference device to transmit the challenge symbol. The access server grants the user device access to an information carrying channel only if the challenge token is received from the user device.

  • Patent number: 4868040
Abstract: The present invention relates to a unitary anti-ballistic composite armor of the type which comprises a base layer element and an energy absorbing body, the base layer element comprising a plurality of layers of reinforcing fibrous material embedded, in laminar relationship, in an organic polymeric shatter-resistant matrix, the base layer element also being adapted to entrap particles produced on impact of a projectile with said energy absorbing body. The composite armor in accordance with the present invention is characterized in that it also includesa frontal layer element, andsaid energy absorbing body is disposed betweenthe frontal and base layer elements, said frontal layer element comprising a plurality of layers of reinforcing fibrous material embedded, in laminar relationship, in an organic shatter-resistant polymeric matrix, said frontal layer element being capable of deforming the geometry of the projectile, and said energy absorbing body being bonded to said frontal and base layer elements.
