    Abstract: Toothbrush handle includes reservoir for pressurized toothpaste. Outflow of toothpaste is controlled by a ball valve which is unseated by motion of the tooth with respect to its handle. Passages through the shank of the brush into the brush back and directed into the bristles convey the toothpaste into the bristle zone.
