    Abstract: Embodiments of an animal chew are provided as having a first club end and a second club end coupled by a narrowed neck. The club ends are at least substantially cylindrical in shape, each including a plurality of nubs protruding radially outward therefrom. Animal chews according to the present invention are formed from a combination of materials and include a healthy blend of protein, fat, fiber, and fatty acids.

    Abstract: A diverter valve construction for controlling flow therethrough of a high temperature fluid and method of making same are provided wherein the valve construction comprises a metal housing, a refractory lining for substantially the entire inside surface of the housing, passage means in the valve construction including an inlet passage and a pair of outlet passages, and flow control means for controlling fluid flow between the inlet and outlet passages and wherein the flow control means comprises a pair of poppet valves with each of the poppet valves being supported within the housing and being adapted to be operated independently of the other poppet valve, and a pair of ceramic tubular valve seat members fixed against the refractory lining with each seat member being adapted to receive a portion of an associated poppet valve thereagainst to control flow therethrough to an associated outlet passage.
