Abstract: A medical system is provided including a laser module housing comprising a plurality of laser generating engines; a plurality of optical fibers, each configured to be connected to one of the plurality of laser generating engines of the laser module housing and to deliver a laser to a tissue of a patient during a medical procedure; and a resectoscope comprising a sheath configured to receive the plurality of optical fibers and deliver the lasers from the plurality of optical fibers to the tissue of the patient through an opening in the sheath at a first end of the resectoscope.

Abstract: A purgative product is provided which includes a gelatinous purgative and a dispenser for dispensing the gelatinous purgative. The dispenser includes a container with an open end and an opening on the opposite end. A plunger and sealing element can be inserted into the container, such that when the plunger is pushed towards the opening in the container, the gelatinous purgative between the sealing element and the opening of the container is pushed towards and out of the opening for ingestion by a user.
