  • Publication number: 20110113974
Abstract: A grilling or cooking system is provided providing ready transport, rapid assembly, and secure use. A substantially rigid mounting member contains a plurality of stiffening elongate planar sections at off-set angles relative to one another. Outer opposed edges of outer opposed planar sections of the mounting member contain a respective plurality of mounting regions are shaped for receiving and removably portions of food to be grilled. The off-set angles aid for retention of the food members while serving to stiffen the system. The mounting regions are preferably a plurality of off-set slot members. The proposed cross-section structure allows for distribution of grilling fluid while securely regaining slippery food products during use.

  • Publication number: 20070261569
Abstract: A chicken leg and wing grill rack comprises a flat mounting member having a plurality of slots and apertures alternately positioned about the periphery thereof. An enlarged periphery thereof. An enlarged aperture and connecting slot are centrally located on the flat member. Chicken wings are mounted in the apertures and chicken legs are mounted in the slots. Pivotal legs are mounted on the ends of the substantially rectangular flat member to support the chicken parts at a predetermined distance above the grill and permit folding for storage purposes.

  • Patent number: 7040219
Abstract: A rack for grilling chicken legs comprises a unitary wire structure including a base and inclined upwardly extending members at each end of the base and a transverse portion joining the tops of said members. A plurality of substantially U-shaped members are mounted to the transverse member at the legs forming the open end of the ā€œUā€. The legs of the U-shaped members form a parallel slot between adjacent members to engage and support a plurality of chicken legs in a vertical position above grill. The wire legs also form a central slot comprising a handle in addition to support chicken legs.

  • Patent number: 6964285
Abstract: A compact high speed food depositor comprises a pump driven by a first servomotor to feed food product through a multi-tube outlet to a stationary housing. A second servomotor drives a rocking cut-off valve within the housing to feed food product through three apertures in the housing. A computer with a touch screen controls the servomotors and calculates the required weight deposit along with the speed and placement of food product in the moving trays.

  • Patent number: 6945161
Abstract: This invention relates to cooking facilities and particularly to a new, inexpensive and versatile rack for grilling or cooking a variety of meats in a new and improved manner. The unique rack of the present invention comprises a unitary wire structure with a substantially rectangular base wherein the formed wire comprises three sides of the rectangle and a wire cross bar is welded at each end to the formed wire to form the fourth side of the rectangle or square. Members extend upwardly and outwardly to form slots for chicken legs, etc., at a spaced distance above a grill. The wire slots also provide a holder for beer cans and engage a skewer for cooking various meats and vegetables.

  • Patent number: 5590589
Abstract: An apparatus for producing specialty ravioli configurations such as hoop style ravioli comprises an apparatus similar to that disclosed in U.S. Pat. No. 4,848,218 having a unique die and feed arrangement. The die includes a raised central island in a walled recess which engages a continuous dough sheet to create an aperture in a hoop-shaped ravioli or alternatively the die may have a design at the base of the raised island which would appear within the center of the raised hoop-shaped ravioli. A plurality of apertures are positioned about the island on the base of the die to prevent a vacuum when the filler material is fed into the formed sheet material by dual pivoting nozzles which insure complete filling of the unique ravioli.
