    Abstract: A vent for a building structure, specifically for the foundation thereof, having a bi-directional breakaway swing door that releases in either direction once a predetermined PSI of pressure is applied thereto. This is done to meet building codes in flood prone areas and to protect the structure in the event of flooding as the breakaway door opens accordingly once 10-20 PSI is exerted thereupon.
