    Abstract: A software based process of data and or instruction transfer between intelligent devices and a new data formatting architecture is disclosed which is based on e-mail characteristic formatting to create a code to communicate computer instructions and data between intelligent devices. Intelligent devices are those devices, which are capable of sending and receiving e-mail messages and attachments. This formatting of e-mail characteristics and parameters is a patentable process and it is one of the claims of this application.
