  • Patent number: 11317424
Abstract: A system for prioritizing network resource dispatch may include receiving a request for a network resource from a mobile device associated with a user, the request comprising mobile device and user characteristics, and location information. A request priority may be determined based on some combination of a mobile device score and user score. The request priority is assigned to the request. A highest ranked mobile device request priority is determined, and the network resource is dispatched to a location corresponding to the highest ranked request priority. A heatmap may be generated to illustrate a geographical representation of each mobile device data usage rate at each mobile device respective location. The request priorities may change based on any combination of the mobile device characteristics, user characteristics, location information and the usage characteristics. Therefore, the priority of dispatching the network resource may be determined dynamically and updated as the inputs change.

  • Publication number: 20120097585
Abstract: A filter canister is described that includes at least one filter element and a casing formed about the filter element and having sufficient strength to be used in place of a pressure vessel. The filter canister can have first and second ends. A collector tube can be disposed within the filter element to collect permeate from the filtered fluid. Two or more of the filter canisters can be fluidly coupled in a filtration system. The filter canister can be produced by spool winding a material about the filter element and an end piece to form a casing that can harden in place.

  • Publication number: 20050057343
Abstract: A sound generator and method of projecting sound that includes a piezoelectric buzzer secured to a tensioned, flexible surface of an inflatable object, the surface being under tension in response to variations of pressure within the object. The sound generator includes a sound source and a piezoelectric buzzer electrically connected with each other so that the sound source generates signals, the piezoelectric buzzer converts the signals into sounds and the tensioned, flexible surface amplifies the sounds.

  • Patent number: 6632120
Abstract: The invention provides a balloon and a method for heat tacking one side of an object to an interior of the balloon without the other side of the object becoming attached to the balloon. The balloon is formed from at least a top sheet and a bottom sheet of a substantially gas-impermeable, heat-sealable material such as BON. A portion of the object is chosen to be heat sealed to the interior of the balloon. The reverse side of the portion of the object is coated with a heat resistant barrier such as synthetic resinous fluorine-containing polymer, heat-resistant nitrocellulose ink or the like. The object is then placed between the two sheets that form the balloon. A heating element is applied to the sheet on which the object will be attached and a pressure plate is applied on the other sheet thus forming a sandwich. This sandwich heat stakes one side of the object to the balloon while the heat resistant barrier prevents the other side from attaching to the balloon.

  • Publication number: 20030181126
Abstract: A chin portion is provided for non-latex balloons to counterbalance the weight of a device such as one or more light or sound producing devices attached to the balloon. The chin may be integral with the balloon or it may be attached as a separate entity. The chin includes a neck portion that is open to allow the chin to be inflated.

The reverse side of the portion of the object is coated with a heat resistant barrier such as TEFLON, heat-resistant nitrocellulose ink or the like.
