  • Patent number: 8746928
Abstract: The present invention comprise a flag illumination assembly that both (i) illuminates an associated flag from a vertical edge of the flag and (ii) swivels with the edge of the flag as the flag is tossed in the wind. The foregoing facilitates illumination of the flag regardless of the direction of the wind. Further, a simmering effect is often created as a result of natural undulations of the flag in wind relative to the beams of light being directed thereon from the illumination assembly.

  • Patent number: 7824796
Abstract: A battery receptacle for receiving a plurality of batteries for providing a direct current to an electrical device is disclosed. The battery receptacle has a plurality of battery slots each defined by a positive terminal end wall, a negative terminal end wall, and a battery support surface between each positive terminal end wall and each negative terminal end wall. Each positive terminal end wall supports a positive lead for engagement with a positive terminal of each of the plurality of batteries, and each negative terminal end wall supports a negative lead for engagement with a negative terminal of each of the plurality of batteries.

  • Patent number: 6460405
Abstract: A non-destructive method for testing sealed packages for leakage, particularly packages having a gas-permeable portion and a non-gas-permeable portion, by applying a temporary barrier over the gas-permeable portion, wherein the temporary barrier has two apertures, and enclosing the package in a testing chamber having a carrier gas flowing through it to a detector, and passing a tracer gas through the package interior via the two apertures in the temporary barrier.
