In the first stage a spinning container develops centrifugal force which pressurizes the fluid inside, creating a hybrid form of energy—Potential Energy in Motion (PEM). In the second stage the spinning pressurized fluid drives a turbine forward relative to its own motion i.e. the PEM is reconverted into Kinetic Energy as it also imparts its own speed.
