  • Patent number: 11857814
Abstract: A system is provided enabling do it yourself body stenciling and/or body art. In particular, the system of the invention provides a body tight removable mask that masks an area of the body for body painting. The mask is sized to fit a particular portion of the torso or an appendage of a subject individual, and masks a standard area to enable an unskilled artist to paint a portion of the subject individual. The stencil can mask a logo of a sports team or other form such as a swimsuit form on a wrist or ankle or upper torso, forehead, or a bathing suit area of the subject individual. In its simplest form, the stencil is a mask of the thighs, and the waist, for example, with a preferably elastic mask panel that can preferably be easily removed once the basic painting is complete. Advantageously, the invention enables websites that feature body painting, such as Sports teams, Universities, Sports Illustrated or Fashion TV, to sell stencil product in association with displays of body painted models.

The system optionally includes adhesive, Velcro, or other interlocking overlapping portions enabling easy removal of the stencil without disturbing the freshly painted area. In its simplest form, the stencil is a mask of the thighs, and the waste, the lower chest area and upper chest area, for example, with a preferably elastic mask panel that can be easily removed once the basic painting is complete.

  • Publication number: 20200219204
Abstract: A disposition system and method uses software and/or hardware tools to bring persons sharing common interests face to face. In one aspect, a system is used which includes disposition devices such as seating or standing supports and/or counter/table arrangements. The system is adapted to dispose at least three persons in which a guiding system guides relative movement of at least one person of the at least three persons to place the at least one person so as to successively face one of the at least two remaining persons for a desired time period. The system facilitates networking in a manner which reduces awkward situations and provides discipline and efficiency in facilitating contact with a plurality of users. A controller controls the disposition for improved networking, including considering occupancy on the disposition devices. In another aspect, the system is an app operating on a smartphone which may or may not use the seating system of the invention.

Abstract: A system is provided enabling do it yourself body stenciling and/or body art. In particular, the system of the invention provides a body tight removable mask that masks an area of the body for body applications. The mask is sized to fit a particular portion of the torso or an appendage of a subject individual, and masks a standard area to enable an unskilled artisan to treat a portion of the subject individual. The stencil can mask a logo (e.g. of a sports team) or other form such as a swimsuit form on a wrist or ankle or upper torso, forehead, or a bathing suit area of the subject individual. The system optionally includes adhesive, Velcro, or other interlocking overlapping portions enabling easy removal of the stencil without disturbing the freshly treated area. In its simplest form, the stencil is a mask of the thighs, and the waist, the lower chest area and upper chest area, for example, with a preferably elastic mask panel that can be easily removed once the basic application is complete.

  • Patent number: 8920161
Abstract: An apparatus is provided for containing a heat source (36) in a chamber (16) having a chimney-section (22). The apparatus has a gas inlet opening (24, 26, 30) and a gas outlet opening (32) formed in the chimney-section (22). The gas inlet opening (24, 26, 30) and the heat source are located in a lower area (12, 20?) of the chamber (16) and the gas outlet opening (32) is located in an upper region (14) of the chamber (16) so that, when a heat source is placed in the chamber (16), an ascending gas flow may be generated in the chamber (16). Inflowing gas into the chamber flows therethrough into the lower area (12, 20?) of the chamber (16) and then is drawn upwardly by a draw of the ascending gas flow and then though the gas outlet opening (32). The apparatus includes a subassembly (27). The chimney-section (22) is attached to the subassembly (27) so that lateral tilting of the chimney-section (22) causes motion of the subassembly (27) relative to the wick (307).

  • Patent number: 7249315
Abstract: A browsing method encoded on a computer-readable medium is provided. The method creates customized summaries of web pages and comprises multiple steps. In a first step, from a thematic or project-based listing of URL links, a selected URL link is activated. In a second step, a tour creation dialog is opened. In a third step, the user is presented with a menu option that enables the user to identify an existing tour or create a new tour. In a fourth step, if the user identifies an existing tour, the URL so selected is added into this existing tour. In a fifth step, if the user chooses to create a new tour, an input window is presented to the user that prompts the user to input a tour name. In a sixth step, once the user inputs the tour name, the new tour is saved.

  • Publication number: 20020091836
Abstract: A browsing method is provided which enables concentrated web browsing by requiring that a user concentrate on one project at a time. The method creates a graphical user interface (“GUI”) having a project search capability and, during browsing, input fields which demand certain user responses and which enable the user to postpone executing a potentially unrelated line of research until such time as the project at hand is terminated. Thus, the method allows the time shifting of less directed research sessions and the quantifying and allocation of wasteful online time to the responsible parties. In this fashion, a user may be able to take advantage of interesting targeted banner promotions or to follow potentially interesting hypertext links at a time convenient to the project at hand and attributable to the project for which the potentially interesting research may yield a benefit.
