  • Patent number: 8887090
Abstract: Certain examples provide systems, methods, apparatus, etc., to provide varying levels of detail in clinical data for one or more patients to a user. An example method to surface varying degrees of patient data via a formlet-based user interface includes providing a high-level view of data for one or more patients, the high-level view having a first level of detail. The example method includes generating, in response to a hover over a portion of the high-level view, a hover view providing a second level of detail of the data associated with the portion of the high-level view. The example method includes providing an inspector to access a third level of detail of the data. The example method includes generating a fourth level of detail in response to a trigger within the inspector.

  • Publication number: 20120330674
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media provide healthcare dashboards. An example method includes providing a plurality of dashboard components containing selectable data points. The plurality of dashboard components are associated with a plurality of types of healthcare content and are based on parameters received from a user. The example method includes automatically creating at least one alert when a data point departs from clinical norms. The clinical norms are defined in association with the dashboard components. At least one data point is associated with patient data. The example method includes receiving a selection of at least one alert from a user and providing a supplemental dashboard in response to the selection. The supplemental dashboard contains additional selectable data points related to at least the selected alert. The additional data points include at least a guideline, an assessment, and an action to facilitate additional user action.

  • Patent number: 5247611
Abstract: A spreadsheet comprised of a plurality of cells is described wherein each cell is separately identified by one or more parameters. The cells are dynamically configured so that the size may be changed depending on the information to be displayed. Each cell has an accompanying form which contains information. The information is generally broken down into mandatory, optional, notational, and other information. The determination of how the information is classified is determined by the cell definition, not by the form or data being displayed. Each cell will display the mandatory information and may display the optional information if present in the form. In addition, a notation (or indicator) will be displayed in the cell if notational information is present in the form.
