  • Publication number: 20240101319
Abstract: An example lid assembly can include a lid and a slider. The lid can include a wall defining a recess. The slider can be configured to slide in the recess and can be configured to move between a closed position where the slider covers an opening to aid in preventing spilling of contents of the container, and an opened position where the slider uncovers the opening such that the contents may be poured from the container. The slider can be configured to be removable from the lid and can be replaced back on the lid. Additionally, the slider can be formed from upper and lower sled elements 130,136 that are magnetically coupled to one another. In some examples, the lower sled of the slider may include an air vent with rounded entry portions, and the lid assembly may include engaging members with ramped surfaces.

  • Patent number: 11930970
Abstract: Exemplary power systems for dynamically controlling a dispenser drive motor for dispensing soap, sanitizing or lotion. An exemplary soap, sanitizing or lotion dispenser includes a housing, a receptacle for receiving a container for holding a soap, sanitizing or lotion, a container of soap, sanitizing or lotion and a pump secured to the container. The exemplary soap, sanitizing or lotion dispenser includes a power source, a motor and an actuator that couples the motor to the pump. In addition, the exemplary soap, sanitizing or lotion dispenser includes pulse width modulation circuitry in circuit communication with the power source and the motor. Movement of the actuator one actuation cycle dispenses a dose of soap, sanitizing or lotion. The pulse width modulation circuitry provides a plurality of voltage pulses to the motor to move the actuator one actuation cycle.

  • Patent number: 11667175
Abstract: Interior panels for interiors of vehicles, vehicles, and methods for making interior panels for interiors of vehicles are provided. In one example, the interior panel includes an outer covering having a first surface. A second surface is disposed opposite the first surface. The second surface has a pattern formed therein that is hidden from the first surface. A light source is operative to generate light and is disposed adjacent to the second surface generally aligned with the pattern. When the light source generates light, an illuminated pattern corresponding to the pattern is visible on the first surface. A capacitive sensor is configured to generate a capacitance change signal in response to change in capacitance of the capacitive sensor. A controller is in communication with the capacitive sensor to receive the capacitance change signal and is configured to generate a command signal in response to the capacitance change signal.

  • Patent number: 11649032
Abstract: Interior panels for an interior of a vehicle, vehicles, and methods for making interior panels for an interior of a vehicle are provided. In one example, the interior panel includes an outer covering having a first surface exposed to the interior and a second surface disposed opposite the first surface. The second surface has a pattern formed therein that is covered by the first surface. A board assembly is disposed proximate the second surface and has a third surface facing towards the second surface. The board assembly includes a light source that is generally aligned with the pattern. An adhesive layer is disposed between the second surface and the third surface and couples the second surface and the third surface together. When the light source generates light, the light passes through the adhesive layer and the pattern to produce an illuminated pattern on the first surface.
