Abstract: A portable outdoor cooking apparatus comprising a cooking surface having a first receiver and a second receiver, a frame hingedly attached to the cooking surface wherein the frame comprises a positioning ring and a handle and the handle weighs less than the cooking surface, and a post comprising a first segment and a second segment wherein the first segment removably attaches for storage to the cooking surface first receiving port and the second segment removably attaches to the cooking surface second receiving port for storage and wherein the first segment and said second segment removably attach to form the post, and the post removably attaches to the positioning ring to position the cooking surface along the post.
