Abstract: An information handling system bay accepts plural communication carriers having storage communication support, such as in compliance with OCP3.0. The communication carrier has a support structure to support processing components, such as a network interface controller coupled to a printed circuit board, and coupled within the bay by a latch having a member extending from one end to engage the bay housing and latching an opposite chamfered end with a pin coupled to a spring loaded button. A press on the button away from the latch releases the chamfered end from the pin so support structure member is free from the housing bay to remove the communication carrier.

Abstract: An information handling system coupled in rails of a rack enclosure is secured in place by a latch managed by a handle coupled to opposing sides of the information handling system housing and disposed across a front face of the housing. When the latch is locked, the handle rotates up and down at the housing front face to offer end user access to components of the information handling system. A latch actuator in the handle unlocks the latch by engaging a cam lock in a pivot plate so that rotation of the handle translates to the pivot plate to release the housing for movement on the rails.

Abstract: An information handling system rack has plural rack slots that accept server information handling systems and secure bezels that couple to the rack to cover the server information handling systems and lock in place. Nonsecure bezels couple to rack slot openings to block airflow through the rack when an information handling system is not present. The nonsecure bezel has latch members that match the secure bezel and that interact with a similar release button through a contiguous piece of material, such as an injection molded piece that defines the release button connected to the latch members and a spring member that defines a pivot location where the latch members are closer to the release button than the pivot location so that a press of the release member retracts the latch members.

The front member is connected to the second arm to form a rotatable third joint. The first joint includes a first cam including a first lever and a first shaft for connecting the back member to the first arm. The first cam allows rotation about an axis of the first joint when the first lever is set to a first adjustment position. The first cam does not allow rotation about the axis of the first joint when the first lever is set to a first locked position.
