    Abstract: A paper cutting apparatus for tearing off a sheet of paper of any desired length from a paper roll. The apparatus includes a cutter comprising an elongated, arcuate-shaped plate, which is detachable placed over the paper roll and between the sides of a paper roll holder. The plate includes a notch at each side edge to loosely engage the sides of the holder and a serrated cutting edge along its front edge.
