  • Patent number: 10289263
Abstract: A method is provided that includes rendering for display, a digital three-dimensional (3D) model of a structural product composed of a plurality of parts, with the digital 3D model being observed from a home viewpoint. Input is received to navigate the digital 3D model to a part of the plurality of parts, observation of the digital 3D model being moved from the home viewpoint to a navigated viewpoint. A digital label is generated that includes information specifying the navigated viewpoint and includes information for the part. The digital label may be output to a label recorder configured to record the digital label on a physical medium and thereby produce a corresponding physical label. At least the navigated viewpoint of the digital 3D model in the digital label and corresponding physical label are in a machine-readable format and capable of being machine-read to automatically restore the digital 3D model at the navigated viewpoint.

  • Patent number: 9058681
Abstract: In one embodiment, a computer-based system comprises a measurement device, a display, a processor, and logic instructions stored in a tangible computer-readable medium coupled to the processor which, when executed by the processor, configure the processor to determine a position and orientation in a real three dimensional space of the measurement device relative to at least one real object in the three dimensional space and render on the display, a perspective view of a virtual image of a virtual object corresponding to the real object in a virtual three-dimensional space, wherein the perspective view of the virtual object corresponds to the perspective view of the real object from the position of the measurement device.

  • Patent number: 4295795
Abstract: One or more balanced gas lift valves mounted on an oil production tube deep in a well are responsive to a remote valve control transmitter at the surface for controlling the ejection of a fluid, as a gas for example, into the production tube of oil for decreasing the specific gravity for lifting the oil and for increased production of the oil. This electronic remote controlled gas lift has fluid vent means therein for equalizing the fluid pressure on all sides and both ends thereof for reducing resistance to movement for thus requiring minimum energy for operation thereof, and for providing a highly efficient gas lift system for lifting oil in the well.

  • Patent number: 4251191
Abstract: A method for lifting oil from the bottom of a well comprises, (1) injecting a fluid of less specific gravity into the well with a fluid flow control valve, and (2) equalizing the fluid pressure on all sides thereof for making the fluid flow control valve balanced and frictionless as the fluid of less specific gravity is ejected thus requiring a minimum of energy for operation thereof for providing a highly efficient lifting of the oil in the well.
