  • Patent number: 10793179
Abstract: A steering column assembly includes a jacket assembly, a locking assembly, and an adjustment lever. The jacket assembly extends along a steering column axis and is connected to a support bracket. The locking assembly is movable between a locked position that inhibits movement of the jacket assembly relative to the steering column axis and an unlocked position that facilitates movement of the jacket assembly relative to the steering column axis. The adjustment lever is arranged to pivot about a lever axis to move the locking assembly between the locked position and the unlocked position.

  • Publication number: 20110112899
Abstract: System and method for managing marketing programs on multiple social media systems. The method includes the steps of creating a message for one or more social media systems associated with a marketing program. The message is created via a social relationship management (SRM) system that interfaces with the social media systems. The message may be a simple text message or a multimedia message. Next, delivery of the developed message to the social media systems programs is scheduled. The SRM further customizes the message format according to the rules and requirements of the corresponding social networking systems, before publishing the customized message to the social media systems at the scheduled time. The published messages are monitored and appropriate insights are drawn from the monitored messages and their responses by social media system members.

  • Patent number: 6535978
Abstract: A digital certificate is formed from a digitized representation of a unique biological feature of a registrant, for example, the registrant's chromosomal DNA. The digital representation is signed with the registrant's private encryption key and transmitted to a certificate authority. The registrant's identity is verified at a remote registration terminal. When the registrant's identity has been verified the certificate authority forms the certificate by encrypting the digital signature with the certificate authority's own encrypting key. The certificate is also held in a publicly available directory. The certificate is used to authenticate an electronic document by appending the certificate to the electronic document. The document and the certificate are then transmitted to a receiving terminal. The identity of the transmitting party can be verified by inspecting the certificate.
