    Abstract: An operating method and system and a storage medium using the same are provided. The operating method is applied to a handheld electronic device with at least two judging modes. First, the handheld electronic device receives a touch input, and determines a judging mode out of the judging modes according to a parameter related to the touch input. Then, the touch input is compared with a reference signal to obtain a deviation value. When the deviation value is smaller than the deviation threshold corresponding to the determined judging mode, an operation corresponding to the touch input is executed.
