Abstract: A silverware pre-washing and washing system made up of a unitary basin with one to five, and preferably three, vertically movable porous baskets arranged radially around a central vertical lifting and lowering mechanism. The base with unitary basin contains a quantity of washing fluid(s) into which each of the vertically movable porous baskets may be repeatedly immersed. The base cover defines cylindrical ports through which the baskets are raised and lowered. The porous baskets include perforation arrays to allow washing fluid to flow in non-linear paths through the silverware contained in the basket, thereby washing all sides of the silverware and beneficially re-arranging the silverware in the basket as the washing process proceeds.

Abstract: Systems and methods for washing and thawing objects, such as vegetables and fruits, where large amounts of lifting of heavy items is minimized, complex and expensive pumping and manifold systems and structures are not required; and system cost and daily maintenance is reduced. The system includes a structure for holding a volume of fluid, a vertical motion structure driven by an electric motor or the like that raises and lowers a basket carrier between an elevated position and a lowered position. In the lowered position, one or more baskets are positioned on a basket carrier and are repeatedly lowered into and raised from the volume of fluid.

The condition warning system includes a control system that monitors operational, safety or compliance parameters of an apparatus, and a light that illuminates a location below (or above) an operator's direct line of sight, and which is outside of the operator's direct line of sight. The control system and control methods include a punitive wash action lockout, an extended wash cycle time, and a deep clean wash cycle.

The apparatus and method utilizes a fluid flow system and method, such as a fluid-push/pull system in which generally an entire volume of fluid is pushed or pulled through a cavity in which frozen items are located and/or a continuous motion system in which fluid is circulated within a fluid tank of the system.

Abstract: An exhaust assembly. The exhaust assembly includes a housing having a first end that attaches to an exhaust pipe of a vehicle, such as a motorcycle, and a second end that can discharge exhaust from the engine of the vehicle. A baffle is disposed within the housing that is operated by an actuator. In one embodiment, the actuator is a hand operated lever that can move between a first actuation point and a second actuation point, thereby causing the baffle to move between a closed position and an open position.

Abstract: A produce washer and method of washing produce or other items in a continuous motion washing machine is provided. The produce washer includes a basket, or other collector, that is positioned within a portion of the fluid flow path and sized and shaped to intercept items from a the fluid flow path while at the same time allowing the fluid to continue to flow through a perforated wall in the collector generally in the same circulatory flow path created by the washing machine. The method includes placing items within the wash tank; creating a fluid flow within the wash tank; intercepting one or more of the items from the fluid flow path by the collector; and allowing the fluid to continue flow through the perforated wall in the collector.

Abstract: A search engine enabling search criteria to be defined within a Virtual Earth visualization system. The search criteria can be entered directly as a “region-of-interest” and together with a number of optional text-based search criteria that are combined to become a spatial database query which is subsequently submitted to a spatial database whereby the search results are returned to the search client, for display directly into the Virtual Earth visualization system.

The vacuum release mechanism can be electro-mechanically or pneumatically enhanced.

Abstract: Methods and systems for a coupling assembly. In one exemplary embodiment, an assembly can comprise a signal carrying component capable of being coupled with a corresponding receptacle. The assembly can further comprise a steerable component that has at least a portion of which is secured with the signal carrying component. A non-secured portion of the steerable component can be manipulated by a user from a first disposition generally adjacent a portion of the signal carrying component to a second non-adjacent disposition for steering the assembly into the receptacle.
