Abstract: A device may determine that a failure occurred in an emergency call between a public-safety answering point (PSAP) and a first user device associated with an emergency caller, and may identify, based on determining the failure, one of a first option, a second option, or a third option for redirecting an emergency callback to a contact of the emergency caller. The device may cause, when the first option is identified, the emergency callback to be redirected to a second user device associated with the contact of the emergency caller, and may cause, when the first option is identified, a bearer path to be established between the PSAP and the second user device for the emergency callback.

Abstract: A physical vapor deposition processing chamber is described. The processing chamber includes a target backing plate in a top portion of the processing chamber, a substrate support in a bottom portion of the processing chamber, a deposition ring positioned at an outer periphery of the substrate support and a shield. The substrate support has a support surface spaced a distance from the target backing plate to form a process cavity. The shield forms an outer bound of the process cavity. In-chamber cleaning methods are also described. In an embodiment, the method includes closing a bottom gas flow path of a processing chamber to a process cavity, flowing an inert gas from the bottom gas flow path, flowing a reactant into the process cavity through an opening in the shield, and evacuating the reaction gas from the process cavity.

Abstract: A retractable shade system for attachment to a boat structure is disclosed. The retractable shaded system can include a housing removeable attachable to the existing boat structure. A pair of telescoping swing arms are pivotally connected at opposite ends of the housing, where the pair of swing arms are moveable between a folded and unfolded position. A retractable cover connected to the housing and movable between a furled position and an unfurled position. When the in the furled position, the retractable cover is positioned in the housing adjacent to the pair of telescoping swing arms, and in the unfurled position the retractable cover extends between and along the length of the unfolded pair of telescoping swing arms. The retractable cover is connected to ends of the parallelly unfolded pair of telescoping swing arms to form the shade/awning.

Abstract: A network device may receive, from a user device, a call associated with a telephone number, where the call is intended for a priority service associated with the telephone number. The network device may identify the call as a priority call based on the telephone number associated with the call, and may determine that a network overload condition exists. The network device may associate a priority tag with the call based on identifying the call as a priority call. The network device may cause the call to be provided preferential treatment, while the call is transmitted for the priority service during the network overload condition, based on the priority tag.

The animal bathing system can include a support structure having a plurality of fluid containers each including an injectant and a fluid control system, wherein the plurality of fluid containers are in fluid communication with the fluid control system. The plurality of fluid containers can be supporting on the support structure in a vertical orientation. The fluid control system include a system for cleaning the component to prevent cross contamination without the need for back flushing.

Abstract: An awning for a boat is operable between retracted and extended positions and includes a frame structure having left and right telescopically extendable and retractable tube assemblies each having a fixed tube, a telescopic mid tube and a telescopic end tube. Cross tubes extend transversely between each of the mid tubes and the end tubes. A canvas roller is mounted transversely between the fixed tubes. A sheet of marine canvas is secured to the roller and the end cross tube and is rolled onto the roller when the awning is retracted. A gear box disengages the canvas roller to allow the telescoping tube assemblies and canvas to be manually extended. To retract the awning, the gear box is engaged with the canvas roller and a removable crank handle is operated to rotate the roller and roll up the canvas as the frame structure is telescopically retracted.
