Abstract: A pallet assembly includes a support assembly and a base assembly. The support assembly has a deck molded from a plastic shell material and male fittings that extend away from a lower surface of said deck. The base assembly includes a stringer that defines a plurality of openings which extend through the entirety of the stringer. A female fitting extends completely through each of the openings in the stringer so that the base of each of the female fittings is flush with or extends beyond the bottom surface of said stringer. Each of the male fittings corresponds to a female fitting, attaching said support assembly to said base assembly.

Abstract: A rotational mold system includes at least two molds. A mold cavity is defined in each of the molds and designed to receive molding material that is injected into the mold cavity. Each of the molds is heated using one or more electric heaters that are directly attached to the mold or attached to a separate platen that is in contact with the mold. The heat transferred to the molds melts the molding material within the mold cavities, allowing the molding material to coat the inside walls of the molds as the molds are rotated.

Abstract: Certain embodiments of the present disclosure describe a pallet assembly having a support assembly and a stringer. The support assembly includes a deck and a plurality of blocks that extend from the deck. The deck and the blocks are unitarily formed to create a contiguous outer shell that defines a common internal space that is filled with a support material. The blocks include extension portions that correspond to openings defined in the stringer. The extensions are received in a corresponding opening to attach the stringer to the support assembly.

Abstract: A pallet type transfer device utilized to transport parts or components along a conveyor-type assembly line is disclosed. The pallet type transfer device includes a body member having a rear bumper member with a pair of oppositely disposed idler wheels rotatably mounted thereto and having a front bumper member attached to the front surface thereof. The top surface of the rear bumper member is inclined upwardly towards the rear surface of the body member. Parallel, longitudinally extending, spaced-apart complementary grooves are provided on the bottom surface of the body member, each groove having a conveyor belt received therein.
