The motorcycle provides a seat for the driver in front of the engine and both the driver and engine are located as low as possible to the road while permitting sufficient road clearance. The combination of recumbent driver position located within the chassis provides for reduced overall volume of the vehicle while also permitting various protective surrounding members or an envelope body.
