  • Publication number: 20250103663
Abstract: The technology generally relates to providing search results that include a recommendation to install an application that can provide content relevant to the search query. A search query for content submitted by a user device may be received by a search server. The search server may identify an indexed web resource that satisfies the search query. The identified indexed web resource may be identified as being accessible by an application. The search server may determine the application is not installed on the user device. Based on determining the application is not installed on the user device, provide a link to an installation location for the application to the user device in response to the search query.

  • Patent number: 11122786
Abstract: A heated fishing pole is provided. The device has a hollow elongated body including at least one hand grip, a first open end, and a second closed end, thereby defining an interior volume. At least one heating element in the interior volume is in thermal communication with the at least one hand grip. The heating element is powered by a power source which is in communication with the at least one heating element. A cap is removably securable to the first open end providing access to the interior volume. When the cap is secured to the first open end, a watertight seal is formed preventing water from getting into the interior volume. A control is disposed on an external surface of either the at least one hand grip or the cap, which can be used to select the amount of heat output from the heating element into the hand grip.

  • Publication number: 20060276120
Abstract: A filter module configured for exhaust application, and a method and apparatus for testing the same are provided. In one embodiment, the filter module includes a downstream sampling port configured to allow a technician to sample flow, downstream of the filter module, from the cleanroom side of a filter module. In another embodiment, a shroud adapted to sealing engage a filter module under test is provided and includes a tube, disposed in the shroud, that couples a port to a downstream sampling port of the filter module.

  • Publication number: 20050140682
Abstract: Methods and systems provide simulation or medical diagnostic imaging with a graphics processing unit. Data to be processed by a graphics processing unit is transferred from a source to the graphics processing unit without copying by the central processing unit. For example, the central processing unit does not copy data to the cache. Instead, the source of data transfers the data directly to the graphics processing unit or directly to a graphics aperture region of a memory for transfer to the video memory of the GPU. The GPU is then used to generate a two-dimensional or three-dimensional image. The GPU is used to perform a medical imaging process, such as an ultrasound imaging process. The processed data is transferred to a different processor. Since the GPU provides various parallel processors, the GPU may more efficiently perform image processes different from rendering a two-dimensional or three-dimensional image.

  • Patent number: 6852081
Abstract: Methods and systems for volume rendering three-dimensional ultrasound data sets in an acoustic grid using a graphics processing unit are provided. For example, commercially available graphic accelerators cards using 3D texturing may provide 256×, 256×128 8 bit volumes at 25 volumes per second or better for generating a display of 512×512 pixels using ultrasound data. By rendering from data at least in part in an acoustic grid, the amount of scan conversion processing is reduced or eliminated prior to the rendering.
