Abstract: A tamper evident cover is provided for engaging a container cap or drum bung, which cover has a plurality of locking teeth that snap under and engage a lip of the container cap. A frangible strip permits severing the cover to facilitate removal of the cover, and a series of tabs extend from the locking teeth and bear against the outer edge of the lip of the container cap to prevent any forcible removal of the cover without substantial damage to or destruction of the cover.

Abstract: A security system for connecting a cable to consumer articles, such as cameras, and the like, to prevent unauthorized removal of the articles from a predetermined area while being displayed in retail establishments on open shelves. The system in its most basic form comprises a device including a security cable and a threaded fastener. The security cable is passed through the threaded fastener, and then the threaded fastener is attached into the body of the article. The threaded fastener head has a special configuration and cannot be removed without a special key, thereby preventing the unauthorized removal of the secured property. The threaded fastener also includes a circular borehole through the entire length of the threaded fastener to allow the cable to pass through the opening, and a step is provided inside the borehole to stop the cable from coming off the fastener.

Abstract: A soft edge moulding for improving safety, in a preferred embodiment comprising an adhesive backed right-angled rigid transparent thermoplastic part for covering and adhering to a structural edge, and a flexible soft thermoplastic elastomer shield part spaced outward from the edge and designed to protect persons from injury caused by bumping against such an edge. The moulding is preferably made by coextrusion.

Abstract: A microwave cooker capable of cooking an assortment of foods by a variety of methods while maintaining constant pressure. The cooker of the present invention boils and steams foods continuously without pressure build up and without the need to shut off the microwave oven. Food spattering and spillage are prevented by a unique internal baffle rib design and a mechanism that releaseably locks the top cover.

Abstract: An egg poacher having two injection molded polypropylene portions. One portion is a cover and the other being a bottom egg receptacle. The egg receptacle portion has at least one egg compartment that is a shallow depression having a bottom wall continuous with an upwardly extending side wall. The egg poacher includes drain outlet and vents whereby the eggs may be drained after cooking and steam and pressure may be released during microwave cooking.
