  • Publication number: 20220097413
Abstract: A garment printing apparatus for improving color fastness and color shadings comprises a production line, a loading station, an unloading station, a plural number of intermediate stations, and a pallet. The loading station and the unloading station are respectively disposed on the production line, and the plural number of intermediate stations are disposed therebetween. The plural number of intermediate stations include a pretreatment station for applying a primer coating on a garment, a pattern printing station for making a pixelated pattern print on the garment, and a at least one plasma treatment station. The at least one plasma treatment station is disposed after the loading station and before the pattern printing station for imposing a plasma efficacy on the garment surface before printing a desired pattern on it. The pallet is mobile on the production line for conveying the garment. A garment printing method is provided accordingly.

  • Publication number: 20090231847
Abstract: A LED illuminating device includes a substrate, a plurality of blue LEDs mounted on the substrate, and an optical layer, which is kept a predetermined distance from the blue LEDs, for diffusing rays of the blue LEDs and for converting the rays of the blue LEDs to white light, or at least diffusing the rays and converting the rays to white light in the same time. The LED illuminating device may be incorporated in a direct-light backlight module or an edge-light backlight module to provide a light source with higher brightness and more uniform brightness and hue distributions.

  • Patent number: 7186110
Abstract: An apparatus for making wedged plate has an extruder to provide melted plastic material. A die head has a channel with an inlet and an outlet. The inlet of the die head is connected to an outlet of the extruder. The outlet of the die head has a thick side and a narrow side. A rolling device has two rollers and a space between the rollers. The space has a thick portion and a narrow portion at opposite sides. The space of the rolling device is aligned with the outlet of the die head, so that the plastic material flows into the space of the rolling device via the die head and is rolled by the rollers. A cutting device is arranged behind the rolling device to cut the rolled plastic material to get wedged plates.

  • Patent number: 7163328
Abstract: A backlight module has a frame, on which a reflective film, lamps and a diffusive plate are provided in sequence. A plurality of positioning devices each have a base and two rings. The base has two channels, two slots and a post on a top thereof. The lamps are fitted to the rings respectively and the rings are mounted in the slots of the base respectively to rest the lamps in the channels. The base of the positioning devices are secured on the bottom plate of the frame and the posts thereof are against the diffusive plate, such that the lamp is suspended and the relative locations of the lamps, the diffusive plate and the reflective film are fixed.

  • Publication number: 20060186570
Abstract: An apparatus for making substrates is consisted of a substrate providing unit, a cooler, a skin layer, a rolling unit and a cutting unit in sequence. The substrate providing unit provides a molten substrate material with a predetermined width. The cooler, which is a conveying unit, solidifies the substrate material and conveys it to the rolling unit. The skin layer providing unit provides a molten skin layer onto the substrate material. The rolling unit rolls the molten skin layer and the solidified substrate material and forms a predetermined surface profile on the skin layer at the same time. The cutting unit cuts the substrate material and the skin layer to have a plurality of the substrates.

  • Patent number: 7086753
Abstract: A direct-light illuminating unit has a frame on which a plurality of U-shaped lamps and a plurality of light shade devices are mounted. The frame has a window region and a margin region. The lamps each have two straight portions and a connection portion. The lamps have the straight portions and the connection portions arranged in the window region of the frame. The light shade device has a top mask extended over the connection portions of the lamps respectively. The top masks have a predetermined transparency to shade a part of the light provided from the connection portions of the lamps respectively.

  • Publication number: 20060034076
Abstract: A direct-light illuminating unit has a case on which a reflector, lamps and a diffuser are configured in order. The diffuser has a transparent substrate, onto which, either side of the surfaces may have predetermined optical patterns being formed into a specific profile. The optical pattern is composed of a plurality of optical transform units. The specific surface profile redistributes the incident light and resulted in an averaged emitting light across the illuminating area. The surface profile is formed according to a predetermined surface function and the parameters of the function include the relative positions of the optical components of the illuminating unit and given constrains. The optical transform units on the surface have predetermined depths, widths and arrangement pattern that alter the onward direction and strength of incident rays and result in redistributed emitting light across the illuminating area with uniform luminosity.
