The lower support arm includes a lower support arm cover, a lower support arm frame, and a pair of lower support arm locking mechanisms. The pivotable upper chin support arm is coupled to the lower support on opposing sides; the upper chin support arm includes a pair of chin support arm outer components and a chin support arm center component. The rear support member is removably attachable from the lower support arm; the rear support member includes a rear support member frame component and a pair of rear support member attachment straps for coupling the rear support member to the lower support arm.
