    Abstract: The present invention provides a method of treating tumor in a patient comprising administering to said patient a CD40 agonist antibody according to an intermittent dosing schedule. The present invention also provides a method of treating tumor in a patient comprising administering a combination of a CD40 agonist antibody and a DNA replication inhibitor. Also provided is a formulation for use in the treatment.
