    Abstract: The present invention provides a convenient means for delivery personnel to deliver refrigerated goods to a building without having to wait until the building owner is home. The invention provides a dual-access insulated cabinet installable into the exterior wall of a home, with outside and inside doors. Both outside and inside doors contain lockable mechanisms for securing the doors. The insulated cabinet includes a main compartment for storing items to be frozen, an interior compartment for inserting into the wall of a building, and a cooling apparatus connected to the main compartment for selectively cooling the insulated cabinet to a selected temperature. An optional indicator light is inside whereby the light turns on when a delivery of refrigerated goods is made through the outside door of the invention. The indicator light then resets to the off state when the resident of the building opens the inside door of the present invention.

    Abstract: An apparatus for hanging objects such as bird feeders or planters on the edge of a building of a type having a gutter and drip guard thereon. An elongated member has a first end and a second end and an intermediate portion of the elongated member is operably supported by an upper edge of an outer wall of the gutter. An upwardly extending flange is operably attached to a first end of the elongated member and the upwardly extending flange is disposed between a drip guard and a first wall of the gutter closest to the edge of a roof. A hook is operatively attached to the elongated member at a place spaced from the flange for hanging objects therefrom.

    Abstract: A stool having an elongated post with a top and a bottom along a generally longitudinal axis. A first threaded member is disposed at the top of the post and a second threaded member is disposed intermediate the top and bottom. The second threaded member is disposed about an axis substantially transverse to the axis of the first threaded member. A seat member having a third threaded member in or on the bottom thereof is adapted to selectively mate with the first and second threaded members so that the seat member has an operative position when the third threaded is engaged with the first threaded member and a storage position when the third threaded member is engaged with the second threaded member.

    Abstract: A portable blind for observing, photographing or hunting birds and animals in their natural habitat which includes a chair and pack frame connected together whereby the blind can be disassembled and packed with the pack frame to the place wherein it is to be used. The chair has a base which allows it to pivot about 360.degree. and a cover extends over and around the chair and is held in place by a hoop structure at the bottom and structure extending upwardly from the pack frame and above the chair. An opening in the front of the cover allows the user to see through the cover. By shuffling one's feet along the ground, the user can pivot the entire blind about 360.degree. to observe birds and animals in any direction from the blind. An optional gun rest table is also provided and is adjustable to accommodate any user.
