  • Publication number: 20240082628
Abstract: An exercise machine which is capable of having its lift, roll, or pitch adjusted with respect to a base so as to provide a plurality of positions of the exercise machine with respect to the base. The exercise machine generally includes a base and an exercise machine movably connected to the base. The exercise machine may include a track, a carriage slidably connected to the track, and a biasing member attached to the carriage to apply a resistive force to the carriage. A plurality of actuators may be connected between the base and the exercise machine. The plurality of actuators may be utilized to adjust a pitch angle or a roll angle of the exercise machine with respect to the base. The plurality of actuators may also be utilized to lift or lower the exercise machine at a constant angle of pitch and/or roll inclination.

  • Patent number: 8392338
Abstract: A method of using a computer system to inform a consumer about an efficiency associated with an improved packaging configuration for a cleaning product relative to a standard packaging configuration for the cleaning product. The method comprises inputting values from the consumer into the computer system using an input device and storing the input values in a memory, using a processor to calculate a packaging space efficiency and a packaging material efficiency, and using the processor to calculate a total cost savings from using the improved packaging configuration. The method further comprises calculating a storage cost savings based on the shipping-associated packaging space efficiency and the storage cost per unit volume; calculating a disposal cost savings based on the packaging material efficiency and the disposal cost per unit weight; adding the storage cost savings and the disposal cost savings; and displaying output to the consumer using the output device.

  • Patent number: 4110808
Abstract: Various embodiments of a ground fault protection system are disclosed for protecting a multiple source distribution network consisting of at least two sources having their neutral points interconnected by main neutral and tie neutral bus and also typically by separate ground connections. The system operates to selectively trip a ground fault circuit interrupter by distinguishing between normal neutral loading regardless of the routes taken by neutral currents in returning to the sources and a ground fault regardless of the routes taken by ground fault currents in returning to the source feeding the fault.
