    Abstract: A device to facilitate open windows comprising a lever arm with a delta shaped lead edge and incorporating a pivot pin; and a frame with a series of notches to receive the pivot pin at selectable fulcrum points. Both the delta shaped lead edge of the arm and the bottom lead edge of the frame are rounded to "roll", allowing steady, continuous pressure on the window sash throughout the opening process.
