  • Publication number: 20200051401
Abstract: In accordance with some embodiments, a system which includes a plurality of baccarat tables on which a baccarat game may be played by a plurality of players and a plurality of electronic player devices each playable by an individual player provides for selecting a plurality of outcomes which were dealt on at least one of the baccarat tables, determining whether a trend or pattern has developed in the plurality of outcomes (e.g., a pattern of at least a predetermined length) and, if a pattern has developed, activating a wagering opportunity on one of the electronic player devices, the wagering opportunity allowing a player to bet for or against the trend. In one embodiment, each outcome of the plurality of selected outcomes comprises an outcome originally dealt on the same baccarat table.

  • Publication number: 20200017447
Abstract: Crystals of [8-chloro-3-(4-chlorobenzyl)-4-difluoromethoxy-2-ethylquinolin-5-yloxy]acetic acid L-lysine salt, i.e., a crystal A which has peaks at diffraction angles 2?=6.0°, 10.0°, 10.7°, 12.1°, 18.4°, 19.2° and 20.1° in powder X-ray diffraction spectra and a crystal B which has peaks at diffraction angles 2?=6.0°, 11.7°, 12.4°, 15.2°, 16.4°, 20.3° and 22.6° in powder X-ray diffraction spectra. These crystals are chemically stable and have excellent thermal stability and physical properties, and are therefore suitable as medicinal substances.

  • Patent number: 10464274
Abstract: A thermoforming trim press has one or more connecting arms for driving a movable platen, each arm having a pivotal connection between two adjacent sections of each connecting arm which is normally locked during normal press operation whereby the movable platen is able to move further back from a normal retracted position to increase the available clearance when changing or maintaining tools mounted on the movable platen. The pivoting ability of the connecting arm sections also simplifies adjusting the stroke of the press. A counterweight may be driven by the crank pins to match the press stroke adjustments and to thereby correspond the movement of the counterweight to the movement of the movable platen.

  • Patent number: 10304293
Abstract: In accordance with some embodiments, a gaming apparatus provides for an electronic baccarat game in which game elements are placed in a game element matrix within which a plurality of paylines are defined. Each payline consists of a baccarat hand which includes a first subset of game element positions attributed to the Player side and a second subset of game element positions attributed to the Banker side. In one embodiment, a player may place a wager on a game instance of the baccarat game and select one of a Player side and a Banker side for the wager. A payout is determined for the game instance based on which of the Player side and the Banker side the player selected and how many of the paylines resulted in a Player side win and how many of the paylines resulted in a Banker side win.

  • Publication number: 20170278341
Abstract: In accordance with some embodiments, an electronic baccarat game includes one or more multiplier feature improvements. One example of a multiplier improvement includes activating a bonus awarding mechanism (e.g., a wheel) once a plurality of qualifying conditions are satisfied during play of the primary game. In one example embodiments, the qualifying conditions include the obtainment of a Player Pair, a Banker Pair and a Tie during play of the primary game. In one embodiments, each of the qualifying conditions may be satisfied more than once and a multiplier associated with the bonus awarding mechanism (e.g., a multiplier corresponding to a respective qualifying condition) is increased each time the qualifying condition is satisfied.

  • Publication number: 20160200061
Abstract: A thermoforming trim press has one or more connecting arms for a movable platen which each have a pivotal connection between the adjacent ends of two adjacent sections into which each connecting arm is divided. The pivotal connection is normally locked to keep the sections in end to end alignment during normal press operation, but can be released to allow pivoting between the sections to be able to draw the movable platen further back from the normal retracted position to increase the available clearance when changing or maintaining tools mounted on the movable platen. The pivoting ability of the connecting arm sections also simplifies adjusting the stroke of the press while this is normally done by relocating a crank pin on flywheels driving the connecting arms. The change of position does not affect the movable platen when the arm sections may pivot with respect to each other allowing relocating the crank pins to adjust the stroke without requiring disassembling of the crank pins.

  • Patent number: 7933971
Abstract: There is described a method of communicating over a public data network, for example the Internet. A user of a public PC, for example one located in an Internet café, uses the Internet browser provided on the public PC to downloaded from a remote trusted web site a secure Internet browser that then runs within the browser provided on the public PC. The user uses the secure Internet browser to browse the Internet. The secure browser has been configured so that no copy of information transmitted into the network or downloaded from the network is cached or otherwise recorded on the hard disc of the terminal. The user may thus browse the Internet without leaving a record of sensitive information (e.g. credit card details) used in the browsing session at the public terminal.
