The current status of the application corresponds to the selected application using application data associated with the selected application that is stored in an application database. An application timeline and a subphase progression are displayed via the management platform on the display system.

A management interface is accessible by the client financial institution. The management interface includes a framework tool for converting the default application framework into a customized application framework. A customized configuration of the online application platform is provided to applicants of the client financial institution.

The user interface then displays an applicant information option structured to receive information about an applicant. Based on this information, there is a determination as to whether the applicant qualifies for membership. Additionally, the layout of the user interface is specifically required to have a number of features, which are designed to facilitate the application workflow.
