  • Patent number: 10954768
Abstract: A method of fracturing a subterranean formation to produce fluid from a reservoir through a wellbore includes flowing a treating fluid into the wellbore to create fractures in the formation, selectively flowing a flow constraint material (FCM) into the wellbore simultaneously with the treating fluid, pausing the flow of the FCM while maintaining the flow of the treating fluid, monitoring a parameter of the formation to determine whether the parameter is within a range, resuming the flow of the FCM when the parameter of the formation is out of the range, ceasing the flow of the FCM when the parameter of the formation is in the range, where a system strain increase is about 0.0003 or less when the parameter of the formation is in range, and where the flow of the flow constraint material partially constrains the treating fluid from entering at least one of the fractures.

  • Publication number: 20200265539
Abstract: An off-duty scheduling system for police officers automatically generates a list of qualified available officers. Filtering eliminates, from the candidate pool, officers lacking requisite training or credentials, officers who have reached or exceeded off-duty work limits, and inactive officers. Multi-level sorting arranges the candidate pool in order of priority based upon specified criteria, such as, time from last off-duty assignment and seniority. Officers are invited to perform the job, until the job is fully staffed. Start and end of job performance are tracked and reported, with payments made automatically upon completion.

  • Patent number: 10719873
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for generating and delivering an alert to an individual regarding a credit inquiry. For example, an inquiry request may be received that includes a request for credit data associated with an individual. An alert may then be generated and provided to the individual based on retrieved contact information associated with the individual. In some embodiments, the alert is generated regardless of whether the inquiry causes a change to credit data associated with the individual.

  • Patent number: 10685336
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for generating alerts in association with a request to open an account for an individual. For example, information identifying an individual may be received from a financial entity in association with the financial entity receiving a request to open an account for the individual from a requesting entity. The requesting entity may be a vendor or service provider associated with the financial entity. An electronic notification may then be sent to the individual, which may include a selectable option to indicate that the individual does not authorize opening of the account. In response to receiving an indication that the individual does not authorize opening of the account, notifications may be sent to both the financial entity and the requesting entity indicating that the individual has not authorized opening of the account.

  • Publication number: 20200116410
Abstract: An apparatus for generating and storing in a tank 22 a flowable slush 2 of frozen particles usable inter alia in ice pigging comprises a control system 100 which is arranged to monitor an operating parameter OP of an agitator 23 in the storage tank. The control system initiates a slush comminution and separation or dewatering cycle when a control parameter CP based on the operating parameter OP reaches a threshold value CPt. The control parameter may represent a cumulative energy input to the storage tank 22. Comminution may be performed prior to separation, with the treatment cycle being terminated when a sensed rheometric parameter RP of the slush circulating in the treatment flowpath reaches a target value RPt.
