Abstract: A network device may include a memory to store routing information and I/O units to receive packets that form a message destined for a business; obtain, from a packet, first parameters that identify a user device that sent the packets, a location of the user device, a product, and the business; retrieve a portion of the routing information, associated with the business, that includes sets of second parameters that identify at least one of locations of the business, products and services, or server devices of the business, compare the first parameters to the sets of second parameters, identify a set of second parameters that most closely matches the first parameters, the set of second parameters identifying at least a particular location of the business near the location, a portion of the server devices associated with the particular location; and send the message to the portion of the server devices.
