  • Publication number: 20210169965
Abstract: This disclosure provides, at least in part, a pharmaceutical product comprising: setmelanotide (also known as RM493); setmelanotide as sole active pharmaceutical ingredient formulated for injection; setmelanotide as the sole active ingredient; setmelanotide as the active pharmaceutical ingredient; setmelanotide as the active pharmaceutical ingredient for injection; or another pharmaceutical composition that has its primary mechanism of action at the MC4 receptor as an agonist (referred to herein as an MC4RAp), e.g., a lipid excipient, and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The pharmaceutical product described herein provides a sustained prelease of setmelanotide or another pharmaceutical composition, which may result in a more desirable pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic profile upon administration.

  • Patent number: 10130962
Abstract: A pressure washer includes a prime mover, a pump driven by the prime mover, and a spray gun fluidly coupled to the pump. The spray gun includes a flow-control valve movable between an open position and a closed position to control a fluid flow from the spray gun, a user interface for controlling the flow-control valve, a sensor configured to detect the state of the user interface, and a first wireless system electrically coupled to the sensor. In a first state of the user interface, the flow-control valve is in the closed position. In a second state of the user interface, the flow-control valve is in the open position. The pressure washer further includes a second wireless system electrically coupled to the prime mover. The second wireless system signals the prime mover to start to drive the pump to provide fluid to the spray gun upon receiving a start signal from the first wireless system indicating that the sensor detects the user interface in the second state.

  • Patent number: 8991659
Abstract: A laundry caddy device is disclosed that provides a precise way of measuring an amount of laundry solvent, and offers several inter-lockable containers that form one easy to carry bottle. Typically, there are four containers which are inter-locked together to form the single component. The device comprises at least one container, a base component, and a dispensing component. The container further comprises an interior cavity for retaining an amount of laundry solvent. The base component is removably secured to the bottom end and the dispensing component is removably secured to the top end. The lid and handle are removably secured to the top end, over the dispensing component. Additionally, at least one of the containers comprises a measuring cup for a dispensing component. Further, at least one of the containers comprises a pour spout, a retaining cup, and a vacuum tube for dispensing the contents of the container.

  • Patent number: 7152890
Abstract: A motor-vehicle door latch has a housing, a fork pivotal on the housing between a bolt-retaining closed position and a bolt-releasing open position, and a pawl pivotal on the housing between a blocking position engaging the fork and retaining it in the closed position and a freeing position allowing the fork to move into the open position. A wheel rotatable about a wheel axis has a radially directed cam surface engageable with the pawl. A drive rotates the wheel and thereby engages the surface with the pawl to displace the pawl into its freeing position. Interengaging formations on the pawl and on the wheel block rotation of the wheel when the pawl is in the freeing position.
