Abstract: Footwear that includes a closure system that enables a wearer to quickly and easily fasten the closure system is disclosed. The closure system may include a primary strap and a secondary strap arranged on opposite sides of the footwear where the secondary strap releasably attaches at one end to the primary strap and the primary strap releasably attaches at one end to the upper. The closure system allows for the secondary strap to be selectively attached to the primary strap prior to a wearer inserting a foot into the article of footwear such that the article of footwear is configured to be secured to the foot by simultaneously securing the primary strap and the secondary strap when releasable attachment region of the primary strap is attached to a releasable attachment region of located on the upper.

Abstract: Apparatus and methods are provided for extracting surface components having an attachment and installed within a surface. In one embodiment, a tool includes a cross member located between a lifting device and a lift plate having an engagement for engaging the attachment. A lift member extends from the lift plate extending through the cross member so as to engage the lifting device so that the lift member is mounted for tilting displacement with respect to the cross member. In another embodiment, a tool for extracting a surface component includes a cross member engaged by supports extending to the surface, for supporting the ends of the cross member above the surface while supporting the cross member against rotation with respect to the surface. Methods are also disclosed for extracting surface components above a surface.

Abstract: A hand-held tool for displacing a valve assembly from a cylinder or pump housing comprises an elongate handle portion having a distal end and a proximal end; a fulcrum member having a first end and a second end, the first end being rotatably secured to the distal end of the handle portion; a lever arm having a first end and a second end, the first end being rotatably secured to the handle portion between the distal and proximal ends, the second end including means for engaging the upper end of the valve assembly within the pump housing; and a bar connected to the second end of the fulcrum member, the bar including an opening slot for passage of the lever arm therethrough and a tab at one end for engaging the upper end of the pump housing whereby as the handle portion is moved downwardly, the engaging means forces the valve assembly through the pump housing.
