Abstract: Therapist assisted mental health management systems, processes and methods using a therapist remote therapy management computer in communication with a therapy central system cloud for storing plural queued learning modules corresponding to each of one or more different clients. A video conference system allows for confidential video consultation between a mental health therapist and one or more different clients (patients). The client (patient) communicates with the therapy central system cloud to access queued confidential learning modules from the therapy central system cloud. The systems, processes and methods can use interactive, educational treatment modules and periodic consultations with a counselor (therapist). The processes, methods and system can be viewable on a smart phone, tablet, and a computer. The methods, processes and systems can collect analytics on the performance of materials, exercises, and user experiences to continuously improve the system over time.

Abstract: A multiple-layer laminated shingle and a method of making the shingle are provided, in which at least one adhesive of high temperature resistance is applied for securing the shingle layers together, to reduce reliance on a roofer having to fasten (via nails, staples or the like) through a narrow headlap zone of a posterior shingle layer in order to secure the posterior shingle layer to a roof, such that a vertically wide portion of the headlap area of the anterior shingle layer is presented to the roofer as a nailing zone.

Abstract: A device is provided for administering medical fluid to at least one of the ear canal and the ear drum of a human ear. The device includes an earplug adapted to fit in the ear such that at least a portion of the earplug is snugly received in and substantially seals the ear canal. The earplug has an outer end section proximate the concha of the ear and an inner end section proximate the eardrum. The conduit extends completely through the earplug from the outer end section to the inner end section thereof for introducing medical fluid through the earplug into the ear canal such that the medical fluid is administered to at least one of the ear canal and the eardrum.
