The account identifier links the transaction product to at least one of an account and a record, and the account identifier is machine readable by a point-of-sale terminal. The primary article defines a substantially planar surface. The panel extends across the substantially planar surface to define a pocket between the panel and the substantially planar surface. The supporting backer is formed separately from the transaction product and includes a flap extending into the pocket to at least partially couple the supporting backer to the transaction product. Abstract: Embodiments provide techniques for customers to easily, quickly and remotely manage their virtual data centers. Using, for example, a “single pane of glass” GUI view which shows all of the components (including e.g., machines (cpu and RAM), network services (load balancers, firewalls, network address translation, IP management) and storage) of their virtual data centers, provides a complete overview and a starting point for system or component management. According to embodiments, a Roles Based Access Control (RBAC) system is provided which simulates the organizational structure and workflow of a typical IT department to enable workflow management via the GUI for any component or function of a customer's virtual data center.

Abstract: Provided is an apparatus (10) for cleaning emptied refuse bins. The apparatus has a platform (14) supporting a reservoir (18) containing a cleaning fluid, a bin cleaning station (20), a pumping arrangement (22) for causing the cleaning fluid in the reservoir to flow through tubes (24 and 26) to a spray device (28) in the cleaning station, and a lifting device (16) arranged to lift and invert a refuse bin (60) to be cleaned over a chute (82). The spray device has a rotating spray head (88) with spray nozzles (98, 100) controllably positionable within the chute for cleaning the side walls of the bin. Other spray nozzles (104, 106) are used to clean the lid (84) of the bin. The chute has a slanting base (108) with a drain outlet (110) arranged for the sprayed cleaning fluid flowing off the bin and the any fluid that misses the bin to flow towards the outlet. A filter arrangement (112) filters the sprayed fluid from the outlet before entering into a sump (114).

Abstract: Provided is a method for identifying or producing a molecule having antiviral activity against HIV. More particularly, provided is a method for identifying or producing a molecule that can inhibit the binding between HR1 and HR2 regions of HIV gp41, wherein complex formation is observed in vitro between a trimer with HR2 peptide in the presence of the molecule, and detected in vitro is the ability of the molecule to inhibit complex formation as an indicator of the antiviral activity of the molecule. The trimer is comprised of synthetic peptide comprising an amino acid sequence derived from the HR1 region of HIV-1 gp41 and further comprising one or more amino acid substitutions in a hydrophobic domain of the HR1 region of HIV which enable the synthetic peptide to self-assemble in solution into trimers.

Abstract: Provided are synthetic peptides comprising amino acid sequence from the HR1 region of HIV-1 gp41, and having one or more amino acid substitutions in a hydrophobic domain of the HR1 region of HIV-1 gp41. As a result of the one or more amino acid substitutions in the hydrophobic domain, synthetic peptide self-assembles into trimers in solution. Also provided are trimers resulting from self-association of synthetic peptide. Additionally provided are methods of using these compositions to inhibit transmission of HIV to a target cell, or to inhibit HIV fusion to a target cell, wherein the methods involve adding an effective amount of synthetic peptide (or trimer formed therefrom) to inhibit viral transmission or viral fusion, respectively.
