Abstract: A pet litter box consisting of a box having an A-frame structure for use in combination with a disposal bag. The box is constructed with relatively low peripheral side wall and an A-frame structure consisting of side struts suspending a center rod centrally over the box. A disposal bag of selected size and configuration is then secured over the box and A-frame while allowing access through one end, and the bag is periodically removable for waste disposal and subsequent replacement.
