In an embodiment, the method comprises the steps of selecting a project and developing a budget for the project, and developing a marketing plan which is comprised of a plurality of advertising buys, each of the plurality of advertising buys being targeted toward a corresponding one of a plurality of advertisers. Further, there is a set of advertising materials that are targeted toward a corresponding one of the plurality of advertisers. The subject matter of the selected project relates to the interests of at least one of the plurality of advertisers, the cost of developing the marketing plan and the set of advertising materials not exceeding the developed budget.
