    Abstract: Disclosed is an electrical connector which includes a ground fault detector and indicator. The detector is incorporated in a modular construction which is easily and conveniently mounted within the housing of the connector and may be easily replaced in the event of failure. Visual indication of proper connection and grounding is provided by a plurality of windows disposed circumferentially around the housing.
